Dear Prospective Students,
The challenges faced by airline industry professionals in today's highly competitive business environment are increasingly diverse, and the pressures to succeed are greater than ever before.
Adequately trained personnel and competent leadership are key to profitable operations throughout the aviation industry. Due to the global economic situation and the challenges faced by airline industry, it has become essential to equip the airline managers with appropriate skills, know-how and expertise to be able to effectively manage the complex challenges which confront the industry. Maybe now is the time to do something different or think about what you’re doing in an entirely different way. There is no quick fix, except to gain better knowledge of the industry and surrounding issues, and develop 'smart' thinking'. At IAEMS our ultimate aim is to become a global knowledge management organization helping airlines grow by leveraging knowledge, learning and collaboration as enablers of business sustainability and people development.
As a former airline industry executive and the founder of IAEMS, I realized two things:
- In a typical airline business environment, there is too much emphasis given on technical level knowledge, but for sure there exists a gap in the industry when it comes to providing combination of technical and executive level modern management education .
- Even if such executive training programs exist, the cost is beyond the reach of an average level student/industry professional. Unfortunately, due to costs limitations, not all airlines can afford to send employees for expensive training program.
Although, the core focus of our program remains on the best practices of airline management, IAEMS student will also have unique opportunity to learn the art and science of modern management & leadership taught in few of the leading business schools. This unique combination of latest management practices and industry knowledge explains why IAEMS is among few of the fastest growing institution in the airline industry.
